You are welcome Noemi, your N50 is perfect for Ir,
just get a Hoya R72 filter off Ebay if you want to Ir.If you are going to,let me know and I will give you my camera set up which differs from normal shooting. It would be great to see what you did with that file,if you want to post under this one no problem.
Take care
Robbie
I can still remember the difficulty I went thru getting the colors I wanted so helping someone to learn is p[ick me up for me.

Noemi Jurado   {K:8265} 10/13/2007
Fantastic, I can't wait to try it. Definitely getting the filter. My e-bay account needs using anyway..it's time to purchase something for the bag! That's always exciting :) Certainly will share the result here. Thanks truly for sharing what you know.

Robert Chin   {K:20390} 10/15/2007
Hope you have a tripod and a circular polarizer too,it`s only money.LOL!!!
Take care
Robbie
will post the camera set up later

Robert Chin   {K:20390} 10/16/2007
Here is the camera set up as promised.
Shooting in Raw.Custom WB.....with filter on keep pressing WB button on 'PRE'starts flashing, press shutter until 'GOOD' appears if that`s too much trouble try 'flourescent+3'.Low contrast, low tone
low sharpening.
Shoot at least f8 to correct focusing difference from regular light.DON`T USE AUTO EXPOSURE it will give you very dark images, check your initial
capture and set it in 'Manual mode' when satisfied.
ISO 200 for less noise, there is free 'Noise Image'
available if you don`t have a noise remover.
The plus/minus button is the 'EV'compensation button experiment with it.-ev is to control your whites like the clouds from been blown out and +ev to open up the shadows.
Composing...If you have another camera with the focal length use that one to see your composition,if not to avoid removing the filter shoot a image and check the composition.Shoot your images running thru the -/+ev to see what works for you[my d70 is converted to shoot without a filter,I USES -EV 2.7 which works for me]For strong clouds start about .7-ev and up.If you don`t have a Raw converter you can try BIBBLE LE,it`s awesome. It`s cost $69 and it`s a bargain!!
If you love Panoramas try Panorama Factory, very easy to use,all of my panos were done with it.
I might be away from my computer for awhile so if I comment you will know why.
Have fun, enjoy the beauty of Ir.
Take care
Robbie
