I've went through your pics quickly as it is almost 11PM here and I have work tomorrow :(
Any way,
You really have the style, the artistic touch, and the creativity,
At this point, I see your talent is limited by the camera you have,
You might really need to consider getting a Digital SLR camera, and start experiencing Digtal SLR photography, You will be amazed by the resutl,
Take a look at the first pictures I've taken using 2MP camera, and then I moved to a Compact Digital camera with one lens '' the Nikon '' then I moved to a digital SLR camera and compare the results,

Well composed image Parehan,very good exposure too.
As you get better you will find that you will want a dslr
but before that please update your software.Paintshop and Elements are quite good,the prices are about the same.The biggest improvement after you have got the basics is digital manipulation.Recently I changed my digital b&w work flow and my images have shown vast improvement.I uses photoshop cs2,the learning curve is very steep but I only uses what I need.
