Excellent composed image Parehan,lovely b&w tones.Great to see you experimenting in b&w as it adds a different mood.
The line that`s in front leads your eye out of the image,personally I would clone it out.The contrast looks like it needs to be boosted up a little but I am bias towards strong contrast image.Try minus brightness/contrast setting to see if it suits your style.[that`s a personal preference only and not a knock on your lovely image]The improvement is quite dramatic my friend,keep it up

i have been always careful with the B&W , because i was not satisfied with the outcome of my previous work, but this time i'm pleased with the results, because i experienced great emotions in black and white..
thank you for your comment, but i did not understand exactly what you meant with "personally I would clone it out".!!!
one more thing, regarding your comment about the contrast, i fear that the pic will appear pale if i do so, i guess i need lots of practicing until i get used to that, but i'm really enjoying the B&W..
