I really love the tones and textures of the hands against the dark backdrop...
Please, forgive me if I intrude, by saying that the drama (in my humble opinion) is slightly diminished by distracting elements. You are a very good photographer, with a good eye, and I am sure you have your reasons for having framed the image in the way you did....
If you will indulge me, I have taken the liberty of cropping the image to what I feel (to my eye) is an even more dramatic take on an already wonderful photograph.

the comment you wrote about this photo is very interesting, I wonder if the same thing happens in my country, what is wrong with people and the governments?Very nice capture, it becomes even more interesting , since it is a statue , and to manage such a great perpective you need to have a 'good' eye!

Technically very well taken, with all the strong contrasts that enhance the sense for the textured stone, and with a very well complimenting background.
The composition substracts a bit of the central role of the hands, as it includes a bit of the body (??) at the lower right. I think that a tighter crop could amplify the strength of this one. (See attachment.)
Still a very carefully done image.
