| About |
Took this at Cobo Arena in 1979 when KISS was one of the biggest bands in the world, before the opening number.
This stand that Peter Criss' drum kit was on would swivel, light up as if to fire something out of the barrel, shoot steam out of the side pipes and move up and back on stage. What a great show they would put on. First time I saw KISS on stage with Wendy O'Williams and the Plasmatics as the opening act.
This shot I took with my old dependeable Vivitar, for here though I had to scan and to a little correction due to fading.
This is what a drum kit should look like.
A special thanks to my brother Mike who took me to that show.
