On the pseudo-philosophic about. There is no soul and thus neither water nor I ever had that.
Now for the image. It is very nice, strongly colored and with a good depiction of the wave patterns on the surface of the water. Above all it is very nice to see that the drop has so well defined contours and hence stands well separated from the background. So, technically spoken very well done.
A bit too usual perhaps, but good as a study.
