I saw this flag laying on the ground next to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial wall in Washington, D.C. It is unclear whether this was in protest or not. However, it is one of those images that can draw emotion to a witness one way or another. Interpret as you like. Note, I did touch up the color of the flag a little bit.
