What an unusual angle, what kind of flower is so "hairy"? It almost looks like that man-eating (well, I guess it ate women, too) plant in the movie Little Shop of Horrors, what was it's name... Audrey I think. Nice composition and I like the neutral background, it really brings out the intensity of the yellow bud. It's nice to see something other than the typical floral macro. You have a great eye.
