Many times I have to add just the slightest bit of orangey brown to my images to get my greens as rich as yours here. Figured you may have done something similar.

Hi Robin!
You're kidding, right? We had drizzle here yesterday. Actual drizzle!! Apparently, it never occured to our local Fire Department to stock up on sandbags either. STORMWATCH 07 passed with little or no devastation . . . but for a second there . . . ( *shudder* )
I'll certainly try to post another when it's -20 . . . but keep in mind . . . that means it'll be 68 to 72 degrees here! Under such extreme conditions . . . it'll need to be a short excursion. ...And I trust I'll get to peek at the Snow Globe world of beautiful Winter Wonderland you live in too?? :)

Ahhhh . . . no need to apologize Wayne, I was just confused about what you were saying. I'd do the same thing in a heartbeat if it improved the shot. As it happens, the Nikon Handles green very well and the internal settings of the D200 allow me to slightly increase saturation on the RAW during the capture, instead of in editing. Here, the only real issue was a 12% burn on the lighter, lower left foliage to avoid extreme contrast and the perception of blow out. :)
