Was this done with a filter, photoshop, or did you get your camera tricked out to do IR?

Hi Dave,
This photo was taken with a Cokin P007 IR filter in front of the lens. Exposure was 2 secs @ f16.
In PS:
I checked the mono button and adjusted the green channel to +190, the blue channel to -2.
Then adjusted the levels and curves to pick up detail in the shadows. I had no plan going into PS, only fiddled around.
