Love this adorable creature, Doyle -- and your timing for the pose is right on. I like the offset composition.
My son-in-law spent five months in Australia a few years back and held one of these fellows while posing for a picture. The little guy peed all over him. But they are to be loved and admired, none-the-less!

Thought of that John . . . but we know the head man here at the Zoo (Known him for years now and never knew what he did for a living until about 6 months ago) . . . anyway, it seems the spoil sports just have NO sense of humor when it comes to taking animals out of the place . . . Sheeeesh . . . they don't even like to see their fences hopped! :)

Smashing outfit you're wearing today Doyle...
Cute as he/she is, me thinks Fuzzy-Wuzzy is a bit too "fuzzy"...could be I haven't wiped the sleep out of my eyes, or maybe I need to clean my glasses, or maybe I need another cup of coffee, or maybe I had to much to drink last night(although not likely, I don't drink), or...maybe I'm just plain wr-wr-wrong, if that's the case...please disregard the above. Compositionally speaking...excellent my friend, and...and...and a 7+ on the cuteness scale!

Ouch, Robin! My fuzzy bear was too fuzzy? Hmmmm. I think I recognize an echo of a theme here.
"Her nice boyfriend was too nice...."
(Prequel to the 'it's not you it's me' speech)
I suppose if it was tack sharp you'd tell me Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn't fuzzy was he? :P
Any way, this is a photo of a branch. The branch is TACK sharp and I can't help it if some marsupial tree dweller chooses to wander in and out of my branch shots trying to throw off the balance of my compositions. Sure . . . I probably should have titled it differently . . . I was simply drawing attention to the fact that I knew there was a marsupial there. . . . (You buying any of this)?
Oh! I know. We were shooting in practically Arctic conditions! It not only sprinkled earlier but the temperature never went higher than 77 degrees!! I had the monopod . . . but Fuzzy may have been shivering too. (This working better)?
It's cool. I can take it. (...like a man)! :P
No temper tantrum or sexist comments from me, ok cupcake? (Man! Almost made it too)!
I'm off to check myself out in the mirror. Thank you as always . . . for . . . ( *sigh* ) . . . you know . . . being honest and all! :P
