I miss something...some element, however small..may be at the bottom left...a crumpled white hanky...but the surprising factor is the huge BW range!

I like this very much. The composition is strong but I have a few suggestions. I think cropping the left edge to eliminate the edge of the mosaic? would be a positive step. I think bringing up the tone of the house wall by a zone would be good. You'd need, I think to burn in the areas of direct sunlight. Very fine photograph. Thanks for posting it.
