Dear Mohammed, this is a very dramatic and well designed photo with a very spiritual quality.
However, I believe you held back on the houses and the mountain-side a bit too much leaving the peaks very dark. I have attempted to balance it by toning in the foreground and lighting the peak. I think the para-sailor stands out a little better this way.
Just a suggestion, if you are inclined to experiment in PS.
