It is very well done in coloring and lighting, except perhaps for some more exposure for the person at the water. But then again, as the sky would presumably get overexposed, it might also be the best possible exposure as you did it. I also find the rich details and the endless DoF in the perspective very attractive - only perhaps clone the wire off? Biut with or without wire the contrast of the simple man against the "other side", the city, does add much tension to the image.
