About DC3 cockpit, fisheye, with scenery at the Langley airport added using a layer mask. This relic is parked in the lot of the Canadian Museum of Flight at the Langley, BC, airport. Many of their unique antique flying machines have been restored to a flying condition by the museum volunteers. Who knows what is in store for this DC3? Fill flash was used for the interior shot.

Great shot of the instrument panel etc., Eb! Nicely exposed, and a good job of adding the exterior scenery.

in the scenery I would have put a very modern jet fighter or an airplane of the same age of DC3, maybe the same airplane

Interesting use of the fisheye. Great sharpness. I also like the two seater visable out of the cockpit window.

Very interesting photo. One of the best airplanes ever built. My uncle flew them during WWII over the "China-Burma-India Hump" as a member of the Flying Tigers. I think they were called a C47 back then. I hope that they restore this one, it would be a shame to let it deteriorate any more then it is. Thanks for sharing.

Phillip, thanks for your comment and reminiscence about your uncle! I do hope for a restoration of this ship also. The work would seem daunting as there has been extensive cannibalization. Maybe, as they bide their time, they will come up with parts - they have managed before!

Nice Eb, and to echo Pat, I especially like the inclusion of the incoming Cessna thru the windshield!
