Yes, they belong in LARGE public gardens...
Someone has been very fastidious to be able to keep only ONE of these in a garden... any garden... they send out suckers and drop seeds. Really need to keep an eye on them or they do(as here) get totally out of hand! (But they ARE beautiful!)
