I am always surprised how cats just know that cat furniture is designed for them. Cybele looks perfectly at home here. What's more, the background looks perfectly arranged in almost every sense. Either that, or you naturally have this room arranged just so!

This is excellent: the placement of Cybele's head against the red wall, the just off-centre arrangement of the cat furniture thingy (no idea what you would call one of those), the slight echo of the wall in the rug (but not enough to be distracting - quite the opposite in fact), the doorway on the right giving depth...

Thanks AJ. All I did was moved the cat stand in the room so that the backbground would fit nicely behind her (she was on it when I moved it:)). I had to use the flash but I posed her facing natural day light so that her pupils were closed enough not to reflect the flash in her eyes.
