Your roses are lovely. Your composition demonstrates your feeling of reaching out to your Mother. It is a very pretty image. When you close your eyes in a quiet place. I am sure you can feeler presence. MAry

Mothers…Mothers… Mothers…. Motherhood..That amazing unique and sacred experience... I know well your feeling dearest Gabriela , and the hurt missing, because after three years, every single minute, I'm still missing my Mother.!! Still remember here when the wind whispers gently in my ears.. Still remember here when the full moon lights up the sky.. The umbilical cord gets cut as soon as we're born, but I think it stays attached for ever, something very deep stays within..Something beautiful and very special... Your great love,Gabriela, and missing here, you can reflect on mother life, mother earth and a lot of females around you to see also how much they've givin and still do... Pray for her. I would like to suggest a prayer: Take a moment to yoruself in the dark, close your eyes and dig into the deepest possible spot in your heart and send her your love..She'll feel it ..
Warm Hugs and deep love to you my dear friend, parehan

My Dear Gabriela!
I was immediately drawn to the thumbnail of this beautiful image and it is indeed a lovely, and yes, very sad tribute/dedication to your Dear Mother, Bless her. I feel she is still "with you", as I do believe that the wings of the Hearts of those who are so close always fly together. I am very sorry for your loss, and cannot say I totally understand what you are going though... yet. I have lost many Loved ones, but my Mother lives and turns 85 on Feb 27th and I admit, I cannot imagine Life without her. Yet, I "try" to prepare myself on a daily basis to somehow cope with the inevitable, as I know that one day, she will no longer be on Earth. Naturally, chances are, she will outlive me. Whichever way it goes, such sorrow is immeasurable, and I shall keep the wings of my Heart in good order, as it is all I can do.
Warm Hugs to you, Sweet Lady, and I thank you with great Love and Appreciation for the Beautiful card you sent me!
May the Wings of Your Heart REMEMBER and fly with your Dear Mother, for there is no physical nature of Heart Wings. You are always together. Fly, Dear One and Smile! Aniko x

My dear Aniko, thank so very much for THIS truly deep message! It touched my heart (Had she lived, my mother would have turned 85 on Feb.21st!)You are so lucky to still have your Mother and I do hope she's still in good health! As I also want to believe YOU are better by now (?) and ready for the beautiful colours of autumn! A big warm hug from me over the waves, Gabriela

Sweet Gabriela!
Yes, I am "lucky" to still have my mother. She is in reasonable health, considering that last August she broke her left shoulder and her body is still not feeling quite "right". (See... we are so close, I followed suit and broke my left elbow, also dislocating my left shoulder!) I did not mean that as a joke, either. We have a special bond and many times these seemingly strange "co-incidences" occur between us. I also find it interesting and somehow not surprising, that our Mothers were born but days apart in the same year!
I am slowly healing, thank you Dear Gabriela. It is just an awkward place for a fracture. More X-rays and ultrasounds tomorrow. I have been out of my cast since 5th Feb. There is still much pain at times and the medications I must take (otherwise scream and climb the walls) have the nasty side effect of causing me brain fog.
All will be well, in your world and in mine. Across the waves, we are after all in the same world.
I send you Much Love and Gentle Hugs ~ Aniko :)
