Excellent sharpness in the eyes. White balance seems a little tungsten-shifted on my moniter - especially in the whites of his eyes -- is it the same on your moniter? I never did that important step of calibrating my moniter, so it could be me.

Interesting photo. I presume you masked the eyes and laid a sepia cast to the rest of the slide.
