About Re-posted.
Colaptes auratus. #216
This is one of those "common birds" hard to capture.
At least for me.
I have been chasing them for a while and finally this morning around 7:30 AM got this Flicker at Arrastradero Nature Preserve, only 5 minutes from work.

Hi Rajib,
I forgot to remove some "debris" from the background.
Not more re-posting, I will keep this one.
Thanks.
Yamil

Great shot, I agree, these guys are not easy to get near. Best flicker shot I've seen.
Regards,
Joe

Great capture. Nice composition. I know how you feel when you have been trying to catch a particular bird and then you finally get the shot.
