About Deosai National Park is located above the tree line and at an average height of 13,500 feet above sea level, the Deosai Plains are the second highest plateau in the world. It is located in Pakistan and covers an area of almost 3,000 square kilometers. While this picture was taken in the fall season, Deosai is well known for its spring season when it is covered by a carpet of millions of flowers and a wide variety of butterflies.

There is so much here that makes me want to visit your spectacular country once again - that landscape is just stunning! I do get the impression there's a bit of a slope on the horizon, but that may really be the way it is. And I'm fascinated by that bridge...
