I'm not an expert but if I was, I would try to cancel some noise in the sky. The moon looks too artificial. Maybe you already did, but I would try with multiple exposure and HDR technique, supported by Photoshop CS3, Photomatix ot some other software.

Very nice lighting and most of all ballanced exposure Yoshiyuki, the details even at the bottom area of the land looks very well...

The light of the twon is really well managed in this igth shot. I'm agree with Riccardo concerning the effet of the moon.
Anyway this is a nice composition.
