It's nice, here the blur effect from the motion gives lot of power to the action, so an action shot that gives nice silhouettes of the movement PLUS that you get the face well (something that is exctremely difficult) so the result is pretty good Dan on a so difficult kind of photography!

John...wow...thank you for such a positive comment... really it was a lucky shot I think... I was just trying to maximize the available light...and caught her in a turn when her head was stationary for a second while the shutter fired. The nice thing...I was using time exposure instead of sports mode.

Jhon...you'll never believe it if I told ya...I think it was more luck than anything...I used an image stabilizer lens...time exposure and was panning HANDHELD! I had no tripod with me...which was frustrating...but this is what I came away with...I am still shocked! :) Thanx for taking the time to view my shot. All the best in 2008!
