There's a great combination of elements here: the silhouette of the photographer, the colourful sky, the capture of the movement of the water. Each element would work well as a photograph on it own. Together they make for a somewhat busy image (my eyes keep flitting from the photographer to the waves), but I think it works well - I like it!
