About I have had my D300 for close to a month but not many landscapes to show for it! The weather has been quite dreary and wet with flurries of snow. Here is a faint glimmer of hope with some distant patches of blue. I find that the dynamic range of the D300 is a bit better than I can manage with my D200. A polarizer could have helped with the sky reflection on the water.

nice picture of a nice place, when pictureing landscape a men must find a way to build a compo, otherwise the picture become flat, you didnt fell to this trap.by including the rocks on the left you played with perspective and depth.
you cause the eye wonder from those rocks inside to the river and than to the horizon.
very good landscape picture.

Yeah, a polarizer would have helped a ton. :)
Nice spot, though.
