Kanchanaburi in Sanskrit means Golden City. Rich birdlife too, I see! Beautifully taken in perfect lighting and control of DOF to blur the coconut tree and the shrub is fantastic. Almost seems like a painting!!

Thanks so much for your kind and interesting comment, Sudhir. Kanchanaburi province really is beautiful, including the area in the photo. In fact the hills in the background form the most distinctive feature of Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park. I would love to go back some day.
