About Having a small child means that normal routines suddenly last much longer because of stories, playing horse, acting crazy, singing, sudden moodswings and so forth:-) Itīs not like having a small robot that follows you and does whatever you want at the exact time and duration - that would also be boring, eh?;-)

ueh... what an 'unconventional' pose!! strange and attractive, and the about part of it gives meaning to that in contrast to robotlikeledlife...
all the best to you,
v.

Olga Melissa   {K:19359} 1/18/2008
I guess it would be boring to have a robot-like kid that follows your orders.Children should be naughty, should hung around naked and cry if they want to, and eat cream with hands and roll on the floor like a bear!:)

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55380} 1/18/2008
Iīm glad you like it- thanks:-)

I did wonder about that door as well, but I didnīt know how to erase or clone it properly.
Thanks for your advice and wonderful comment:-)

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55380} 1/18/2008
THanks my friend- yes, she does get wild that little girl full of life and curiousity:-)
Have a great weekend, Arif.

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55380} 1/18/2008
Thanks Rog- oh then you know what Iīm talking about:-) Before I became a mother I thought that a child could be "trained" or taught to behave in a certain way, but fortunately I was wrong! They are born with a mind and a temper of their own;-)

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55380} 1/18/2008
Oh yes that would make parenthood quite dull - although a hot temper and wild fantasy can sometimes drive a parent crazy itīs also a blessing:-)
Thanks dear Olga and have a fine weekend down in Greece that I visited in May BTW:-)

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55380} 1/18/2008
Thanks dear friend- I knew youīd agree with me although youīre not a father;-)

Roger Skinner   {K:62603} 1/18/2008
yeah same here.. I was determined my boys would not play with guns.. and we live about ten Kms from town on 10.12 hectares and so I thought we have them islaoted on a cultural island but no by about three years of age.. guns started being ade out of anything... whatever happened.. now tho they dont care so thats turned out well inthe long run.. love this pic.. did I say that... her hair is awesome

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55380} 1/19/2008
I understand why! I also thought that I could raise Anna Sophie in a certain way independently from the surroundings, but thatīs impossible. The society also has great impact on oneīs child for better and for worse. Still I believe that the familylife and norms are the oneīs to rule in the big picture. Thatīs my experience so far, and also yours one can say now that your boys arenīt into guns more;-)

Realmente es una bella imagen.
Felicitaciones!

Hi Anne,
Going by the thumbnail, I thought it was an action shot of a pot of liquid crashing on the floor and the splash/crash frozen in time. What a surprise when I opened it up fully. Great shot all the same. Long time no see, how are you doing, are you selling much work? I did an art fair two weekends ago, and sold three pieces. :-)

Ian x

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55380} 7/7/2008
Hi Ian:-)
Yes itīs funny how oneīs eyes see sth. else rather often when thumbnailsize. Iīm glad you like it anyhow;-)
Thanks- Iīm doing great having had three exhibitions in a row and some pf my photos eing sold as well. Furthermore someone has hired me to come and photograph some buildings for their society and so on. Much good is happening and so it is for you! Congratulations Ian:-)
Who knows- maybe we will be able to exhibit together some day. That would be fun:-)
Be well
x
Annemette
