Good lighting and focus, Diego, and that in the middle of the night! The sharp details of the wheel are impressive, especially on the low lights. This was a very well balanced shot in matters of light.
About composition, that sign in front of the wheel is a bit disturbing - the municipal authorities had to take it away! ;-) But I think also, you could rotate it a bit to the left for a better orientation?
