very nice shot. how do you see the noise at lower ISO setting in D300 ? Is it any better than d200, if u have used one ?

Yes, D300 is better than D200! Noise at 1800-2000 ISO is like 800 ISO of the D200...

how about noise at ISO 100 ? do you see any difference ?

D300 starts from 200 Iso and it's not any visible differecence with 100 Iso of the D200...
