I really like the torn look on the motive, but i think i would have found it more appeling in a darker light.

Nice texture study, with the stochastic shapes of peeling paint counterbalanced by the straight vertical lines on the third right. Side lighting reveals the minute details of the surface in a set of muted tones that are like your aesthetical signature.
