Dear Fabrice, why this question? What has to do this effect? Nothing, since there is not any effect in this shot, only that the broken glass that covers the photo. Anyway you could seen several weeks before this photo in each bigboard in your city, but without "this effect" ;) Or may be this is not a question? May be only your impression? A?
