Very nice subject, good view as silhouette against the bright sky and most of all... I like a lot the lower point of view, that makes the elements looks higher and so more impressive, I always believe that a good shot MUST taken by a different high from the target of the photographer...

hello Avi,
This is exactly the kind of picture fascinating me... Big structure, crane, man at work, silhouette and huge sky.
I appreciate the backlight well drawned, but sufficiently nuanced to see all the details of the scene.
I'm less convinced by the green tint. Was it the pollution so intense ? or a choice of you ? or my screen, maybe !!
Nevertheless, I like very much.

I had taken this shot on film (quite an old one) and had processed it in some editing tool (not PS) .. I don't even remember how I got this green tinge.. but thanks for liking the composition !
