Very nice idea & execution. nice play with the shadows they give so much to these shots. I also like the different expression, makes it more interesting.
well done

yeah, tried to put some vision into shots using myself (as a photographer) in portraying main three colours of photography.
thanks Eldira,

Again it reminds me of the 70s, Visar! The look, the style, the outfit! The series stands in a very well defined progression - though for some reason I'd expect a pale yellow monochrome to be on the leftmost of them.

Some small overexposure here and there, but quite interesting still. I'd use that for the cover of some extravagant fashion magazine!

Hey Nick,

i've had this idea for quite some time now! having a portrait of mine, conceptualised and done by me, portraying three main colours, RGB, with me in there and then the portrait- but no thanks to my lazy butt i kept neglecting it.
I think the first one, the B&W portrait, should have been a little more closer. a head shot perhaps?! I think that way it would be closer to the idea.
I guess i have to keep on working on this until i hit it, if i ever hit it.

cheers from a poor metropolitan ;)

Thanks a lot for the information on your concept, Visar! A very interesting one too! Now that you say, I guess that indeed a bit of a closer capture of the B&W one would do good, as it would find a betetr place also in the progression of sizes. The whole series of images would also create the effect of depth - much like a leading line from the left to the right. But this effect is present already. The image can be also perceived as four men in 4 different distances from the lens.

Be sure that poor cosmopolitans keep the earth rotating. The rich ones have to manage their fortune! ;-)
