Clever composition. I like the overlapping of the slices. Looks like you placed them on a sheet of glass, rather than a light box.

Actually I like the composition a lot! The arrangement of the slices is really well done, especially with the overlapping slices and the shadows they produce. The only thing that seems a little off to me is the color of the background and the intensity of the light coming from it - it turns the yellow of the lemons almost to white and the oranges kind of brown. Maybe try reshooting with a warmer colored background? Nicely done, though!
