Some what disturbing comes first to mind then on reflection of trying to realise the story behind it I am lead to want more understanding. You have achieved an interesting piece and I look forward to a second attempt to compare. Sorry I can't add more.

Challenging and emotive shot does suffer a bit from the foggy quality--I'd expect sharpness and high contrast, maybe even a flash to suggest a police photographer. Yer on to something here, though...
