Beautifully chosen work my dear Fabrice ... interaction between a light man and his lamp is impressive and well presented with your usual great timing ;)... fine tones, perspective, mood, textures of the whole street and buildings ... so very interesting for the project cause some old beautiful feeling comes out of it ...

ps: on my last image is my younger sister Tamara and no my dear friend, the weather is not like this now in Belgrade, this is a shot taken in Montenegro (former Yugoslavia) .
Belgrade has two rivers Danube and Sava, but not the sea my darling friend ... what I really deeply do regret and long for it as well as you do ... !!!! :)))

Amazing... now THAT is something great, a job that looks like being alive for many years, even from 1800-1900!!! It's amazing, the man trying to put fire to the lamps oh my... really unbelievable, I didn't know there do that work even today!!!

I'm surprised there are still guys doing this! I like the compressed perspective of this shot. And there are many interesting elements such as the structure of the bridge and the touch of Polish on the roadsign. The gas-lighter stands out well against the roadway over the bridge, though the lamp itself is perhaps a little lost against the massive walls of the church behind. Overall though this is an excellent shot, evocative of another age.
