I like the subject. She is very pretty. But I think she needs to stand out from the background a little. Perhaps a hairlight.

The model has some very striking eyes. I would like to see a close crop on her face. The image seems to have a color wash to it, almost a reddish cast...could be the background lighting. The pose is interesting...kind of on the "manly" side...makes for interesting contrast! I love the colored scarf in her hair.
