wildlife is priceless in photography and so here, you really "stop the time" here, sharpness is perfect and also the lighting...wow... looks like you have an enouph strong flash to support an object that is NOT so closed to you...
PLUS element that you took that shot with not the most powerfull tele lens (with that I mean ...wow... only 200mm!!!)
Excellent shot, even the right wing's end feathers looks a bit more thin than it must be, could be a PS work? even or, personaly I don't care, the result is that matter and here the result is GREAT!!!
