I love the expression on the harpists face, the position of his hands and the diagonals formed by the strings.
I find the background just a little too distracting though. If the background were a solid black or perhaps gray, or just more blurred, this photo would be really outstanding.

The composition is superb - the diagonal strings, the focus on the hands, the head of the harpist way up in the corner. You've even caught the movement in the strings. And having seen your attachment in colour in the comments, I must say how good this looks in B&W.
