Greeting Bill,
Another wonderful capture
my only suggestion on this one, is the bit of hot spotting in the lighting causing a bit of loss in the detail on the under feathers,
best regards, sandra

Beautiful images of these Cardinals Bill!
They are a challenge to shoot because of the way they like to keep themselves behind branches most of the time.
Yeah, sure there are a couple of hot spots in the image, as mentioned by Sandra, but the most important part of the bird is fine.

Thanks Andre, I tried to do something with the hot spot but the rest of the image was affected.
Thanks again,
Bill

Hi Bill,
Yeah, sometimes there just isn't much you can do about it. I suppose the nature of hot spots is just being blank. If you alter the whole image it just makes it look dull. If you select the hot area and change it, the image looks kind of false. Sometimes were better off just leaving it alone. It isn't really that bothersome for a casual viewer in this case.
Andre
