the lighting is great , have u tried to convert it to b&w and play with levels a bit in photoshop? , I think it wiil be greater with a portrait crop on the man himself,... nice job

It would be better with a crop from right If you dont mind.
Over exposure made him special character if you crop it to a close frame for portraits...
