Great macro shot, with fantastic details and colours captured. However I do find that bud distracting, but not much you can do about that

Wonderful capture of the beautiful (but poisonous:)) Hellebore blossom. Perfect DOF and focus and beautiful detail and color tones all across. Love it too, dear Petal :)

Hi Daniel, I fully agree that that bud distracts...
But the only thing I could've done about that is to remove it (nip it in the bud as it were... ;-D) and that would mean one gorgeous bloom less... for me not acceptable... and also not for the owner of the plant, for it's not mine... LOL!!!
