About that crow looks pretty friendly... even it was ill... I could even give something to eat...anfortunaly after some days I show it dead... :-(

Nice macro John and at the end nice portrait ;). just one regret, the yellow blurry of petal on the left foreground that attracts too much the eye.

I took that shot from a distance of about 2 meters... the bird was not in good health... and it only moves the head... it was at my backyard and I try to give some food, however after some time it was dead... it was something very bad for me...

first time I have seen a crow with gray feathers.. Ueah it look sick alright.. or you couldn't get near it, they are very intelligent birds. you have a very funny title, you're really full of humor John.. An extra ordinary capture, like a chicken on the ground.

Ohhhh I am so sorry for this poor crow:( Even tho sick at the time of the shoot the eyes were still alert, not a lot , but I did not think the bird was sick until I ready the 'about'.

yea, they are some male crows with grey body, pretty big bird... the title was because I wasn't in big distance to take that shot... and it was very impressive...
sad that after a couple of days he was dead...

he moves his head and his eyes pretty well, really I was scared to touch it because I bet it bite me but believe me, as I goes closer (after the photos) to give some bread and apple pieces he was really peacefull... lol... about the apple he does not care but I think he like the bread... after a couple of days he was dead... and I had dead mood too...

thanks so much Jen... yea, that could be or perchaps it could eat something from the garbedge...as we had the big strike these days and lot of garbedges was on the streets for long days...so even a crow could poison itself... anyway that is very sad...
