Too much unnecessary stuff in Your photo and it is creating confusion. What is the subject here? The trash bag on the wall? The drying laundry on the line? The bicycle? There is some overexposure from direct sunlight on the floor, which in my opinion completely doesn't belong there. There is an interesting part which is the door. Maybe You can arrange it little different, but I can't tell You how to shoot Your pictures, just shoot a lot.
