Great composition, good way to put the lamp and the window into the frame however the most impressive element for me here Leo is the colors, I really LOVE that azure of the wall, the brightness, the fealling of the old wall... the ruined paint, that is a fantastic element here, complements.

Almodovar is one of my fav Spanish directors. I have seen Hable con ella and Todo sobre mi madre. But hadn't noticed the saturated colors. I think I have to go back and watch them again.
Any others of his you suggest ?

I ust say, I never saw such an unbelievable exploitation of overexposure, leo! Your Kung-Fu is getting better and better, as you keep on searching the domains of extra-highlight! And though I was almost convined that this is the best way to overburn details, you teached me with this image that this doesn't have to be the case at all!!!
That wondow does still have enough detail but it "flies" in the void, which itself gas details too! And the extremely strong contrast of the blue wall and the yellow-shifted brown of the window add such a magnificent tension here!
The only thing I have to ask you about is, what are those three black dots on the wall? Shouldn't it be better to clone them off?
Still, a wonderful and very strong image! I must go for overexposure too! Thanks a lot for the inspiration!
