Dear Mehul,
The positioning of the vase is such that it leads the eyes diagonally from the bottom right towards the top left, then suddenly the flower stalk cuts through this progressing vision to (kind of) twist it away in the opposite direction. This is hugely distracting. Otherwise the color, focus on the flower and the vase in DOF would provide a very good composition indeed.

wow... the focus is 'all the money' here Mehul, great job, increadible idea to 'use' the glass of water like that into the frame and to focus very strongly on the flower, excellent macro!!!
