Thanks for your comment.
This bird was identify by a few real birders from the Santa Clara County. When it comes to birds identification, I am just an amateur.
The first one who reported this bird was Peggy Don.
To fid out what birds are in the area, I usually check sialia.com
This is an incredible source of information.

In the San Francisco Bay Area, this bird is considered a rarity.
