This is quite a dramatic portrait. I like how you have cropped it and the lighting is right on. I found that I had to sit back away from my monitor to appreciate it (I have a 21" monitor so your picture is quite large) but sitting back in my chair, looking at it... It is just superb. If your model is a musician or an actor, this would make a great publicity shot.
Nice work indeed.

This is a particularly beautiful portrait. There is something very gentle about it. Great depth of field, with the eye perfectly focussed.
Because the right eye is so compelling, I wish we had a clearer view of the left eye. Well done. CC
