Im guessing this is from one of your railway lines. :) You have captured all the tones and texture really well. Wonder how long it took to get this rusty. Hugs xxx Keith:) :)

Jen van Wijn   {K:18243} 4/21/2008
Hi dear Keith, no this is not from the railway, but could have been:) I left it just the way I took it, no sharpen, colouring or cropping, quite natural, if one can call this natural in this way:)
As this was along the sea, it might not have taken that long with water and salt....I love these great changes of nature and erosion,
txs for liking it with me!! Big hugs Jenxx

Jen van Wijn   {K:18243} 4/21/2008
I know you well enough to tell that you really like thse kind of things, Ugo gave the name of rusty rose, which is great and much better than calling it a screw I think;))
Time takes all, even the iron we think will never lose its strength, in this case it was water and salt, distruction on top:) Thanks for liking it!!
Hug Jenxx

Jen van Wijn   {K:18243} 4/21/2008
You are so right dear Bobot..and you kept this very well in your memory, I did choose for this one because of a special feeling...maybe not the right place here to tell you which mood it was;))
Anyway Ugo had a good name for it and I changed it...much better! Do you recognize this way of putting shots? Be well, hugs Jenxx

Erosion is something sad, but also making place for new things, if you know that the red earth of Africa contains a lot of iron, very strange idea, isnt it;) Water and salt are enemies of iron and lots of metal, like our cars;)) Thank you for liking my little piece of change in nature...
Big hugs and have wonderful evening dear friend!!
xxJen

AJ Miller   {K:44211} 4/21/2008
Thought this might have been from one of your other series from the thumbnail, but now I see there are no beetles! An excellent study of textures.
