I love the concept here, John, and it is so reminiscent of my own adopted town of Tarifa. It's an excellent image. But please allow me to express my honest opinion: as it is, it makes a strong statement, but as a pure image I think it would be even stronger without the cables and without the tree.

well samely here, we have lot of them...because of the winds, the most of the days, especialy in islands (even that shot does not taken on an island) we have strong winds...
even I was trying to get a point of view without the cables at once I though that could be usefull to get into the picture ALSO the cables as a composition...

Wow John,reading your about makes me like this work much more because I got to see it right away, what you have captured. wonderful lighting and that thin mist that is still close to the ground, looks very windy up there.. now I know wgy included the wire in the composition...
I thought those three lines were for the rule of thirds...lol :)
